Welcome to RunBizly. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What RunBizly is

RunBizly is an interactive software tool that provides educational business-planning content, roadmaps, calculators, and templates for launching an e-commerce business in the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU. It is a planning utility, not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Purchase & license

RunBizly is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the full platform for a single user (standard price $299 USD; a discounted founding-member price may apply for early customers). This grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass the paywall, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. No guarantee of results

RunBizly provides tools and guidance but does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or commercial outcome. Your results depend on your own efforts and circumstances.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunBizly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
