Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying RunBizly, so every purchase is backed by a fair, clearly-defined guarantee.
7-Day Clarity Guarantee
If RunBizly isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund — provided you have not already consumed the core value of the product.
When a refund applies
You're eligible for a refund if both of these are true:
• Your request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
• You have not completed more than 60% of the premium content (Phases 6–10) and have not generated your Launch Manifest.
In other words: if you tried RunBizly and it genuinely wasn't right for you early on, you're covered. If you've already worked most of the way through the roadmap and pulled your Launch Manifest, you've received the value the product promised, so the purchase is no longer refundable.
What the guarantee does and doesn't cover
This guarantee covers the product itself — technical access issues or the tool not being as described. It does not cover the business conclusions you reach using it. For example, discovering through the calculators that your idea isn't financially viable means the tool did exactly its job — that's a successful, valuable outcome, not a product defect, and is not on its own grounds for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email businessinbox2@protonmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund". Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After the window
Because RunBizly provides immediate, full access to premium content, purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day window or once the usage cutoff above is reached, except where required by law.
